Hi All,
Would you guys are willing to share any sample letters that you have used to reply for your I140 Rfe from CPA stating that Company has ability to pay. I am not sure what are the contents it should have ?
Also does anyone know who can provide this kind of service?

If they dont count Dependents we all get GCs very soon . Unfortunately all dependents even kids are counted under employement category ..
One change - Counting a number for primary applicant can change thousands of lifes each year .
This is really sad that they count all dependents under employement category. USCIS should treat all categories in same way. Can't we raise this issue?

The first one on the list. I assumed MRN stood for Moron. (The most of the other encouraging ones were not there when I made that post). Maybe abusive was too strong a word to describe that remark.

The lawmakers have been working hard, they just passed the energy bill late last night. Give them a break..

I smell a huge conspiracy behind all this USCIS, DOS mess. I believe the only reason they did is to make legal immigrants life miserable. They did all this so they waste EB visa numbers again this year and make legals wait for years before they get LPR. By the time the an individual numbers comes for the green card some of them might become illegals and some after years of frustion have gone back home.

According to its own process, if USCIS might be working then this bulletin was not expected. 2 things I can think of. (1)EB3-ROW (From which numbers flow to EB2 -ROW then Eb2-countries) is confirmed empty and thus EB2-ROW is empty too (2) Somehow abrupt decision. If it is no:1 then it is really good news. But if it 2 then it will be bad for EB3-India as EB3-India is the MOST suffered lot during 2002-8. and Per country limit will make it more suffered with this illegitimate forward movement of EB2-India. when i spoke i didnt speak to normal CS rep they forwarded to me Info officer at Nebraska service center , now the key point is they clearly informed us that they have withdrawn the earlier notice and they said they have to open these july files. If they have just completed june filings they wouldnt have even touched july ones for sure. May be the ones returned which are very small in number are for casing whose dates are not current . for ex. if some one has sent app in normal pririty post expecting to reach on july 2 but reached early and got rejected it happened. so its pretty clear none of us have got the files back , all of three attorneys to comp said the same , my friends attorneys said the same , so we dont get in to too many things now , lets wait till next week or around 25th if we still dont receive then they asked me call back so that they can escalate this , she claims even when they reject they have to create a rejection letter and she clearly told that she was not aware that NSC did that type for these July ones.

I was also in same situation. My stamping was done on 6th Dec and so far I did not get the passport. Vfs website says "Your passport has not been handed over to VFS. Kindly contact our regional call centres for further queries." I just sent an email to 'ChennaiNIV@state.gov' and 'infouschennai@vfshelpline.com' ..Waiting for their reply..

If you believe that your success depends on your immigration process - whether it's the ability to file I-485 earlier or to get green-card and citizenship sooner or whether it's the ability of your spouse to work - then you have to believe that your success somehow depends on the success of Immigration voice and these 170 volunteers in DC next week.
As you may know, we are just one more week away from hosting Advocacy day in Washington DC where about 170 members of Immigration Voice will conduct nearly 250 meetings with offices of Senators and Congressmen. Such events cost money. If we have enough contributions, we can spend as per our budget of nearly $ 50,000. If not, we will have to cut back on the event spending and reduce the magnitude and size of the event.
If you are not coming to DC next week, please do your part and contribute funds to Immigration Voice. It not only finances the event properly, it instills pride and confidence in the members who will be there in DC that there are thousands of willing supporters behind them who could not be there physically but are 100% with them in their determination and resolve.

How will it march steadily when we have less than 3000 numbers for the year?
I am sure we have many pplicants with PD in 2002 and 2003. I would be surprised if PD moves beyond April 2002 in FY 2009.
Assuming no other miracle happens!

I am thinking we have about 5-6% representation for the earlier years on this poll? What is everyone's estimate on the representation??
