Karachi Fashion Week 2010 held in Pakistan’s biggest city Karachi on Wednesday at a local golf club Karachi. Mostly 40 designers display their artwork in this fashion week. Fashion week was organized by Pakistan Fashion Design Council (PFDC) and Sunsilk.
