Yes...I am aware of the facts that you mention...but now that data entry is made since long, the ND has no value.
Last year when the EB2 PD's were current for 28 days in August, only those RD's whose data was entered in TSC had chance of getting GC's. In other words, receipts are now generated for all '07 fiasco filers and hence the ND has no value!
That said if a Service Center rep says about the ND replacing the RD in their system, then it is time for corrective action. With these small windows of PD being current, why take chances!

Guys, any reason why we have a whopping 70% of the members not interested in contributing to this idea??
There is nothing illegal or offensive in a humble protest, so why the lack of interest?? Are you worried that you'll be pulled up for a humble protest?
It's not even that expensive to send a bunch of flowers. We have to come together and do something here to implore the USCIS to reform the immigration process. Just lurking around , and not doing anything about this is not going to bring about any reforms to this dysfunctional system.
I would love to know the rationale behind your lack of interest. Appreciate if you can speak up as to why you wouldn't want to join in. Atleast let us know if you have a better idea. Doing nothing and playing the wait-and-see game is probably the worst option.

Let me be very clear about what we are looking for
Your story about how you are affected by retrogression/back log etc. It could be as simple as 'I have a BS in Engineering and am stuck in back log for 2 years and cannot fulfil my dreams professionally' to 'I have a PhD in Nuclear Science and US needs me coz there are only a handful of us!' Anything and everything works.
I have literally recieved stories of stay at home moms (because of H4 they cannot work) to folks who have been interviewed by MIT! The whole spectrum helps.....please please send us your stories...we need all the weapons when we go face the senators on behalf of IV
As another fellow IV member who just sent me his story clearly mentioned, and I quote him
'Hope my story adds another spoke in the wheel. The thought of having to wait 2-3 or even more years just to be able to file the I-485 is damning. It's time to quit whining and do something about it. Want y'all to know that I'm available to help out in any way I can.'

No green card for you. Just work well for 6 years, enjoy life in US, enjoy sports cars by renting, not by buying, rent a big house, have a lawn and garden in back yard, grow your own vegetables. Have nice vacations like Hawaii, Jamaican islands, Vegas, Porto Rico etc.,Have fun in life. Do not go for green card. After 6 years, get nice job in India,own apartment near to office and ask your parents to live with you. Take kids to school . Have fun with them. Try to become director, AVP,VP,SVP,CEO,CTO and President. Do not go for green card. After you become director, buy a single family home and mercedez or BMW and have fun. Retire by the time your kids become earners. Grow vegetables in back yard. Do gardening and have fun. Thats how life should be. Do not hope for green card. H A V E F U N.

Granted you scored a point when you were allowed to file for employment authorization this July. If your one rally worked, do you really think other rallies will work too? The world of politics is driven by numbers; you do not have enough numbers to get any lawmaker interested. So wake up Macacas, admit it, you all are bunch of losers.
So far as the skills are concerned, you have been harping on the theme that you are highly skilled? If the definition of highly skilled is a mere undergrad degrees then 75% of Adult Americans are highly skilled. I bet not even 5% of you have PHDs and you call yourself highly skilled. Huhhh
And this for the leadership of your organization: You are wasting your time. If you are so desperate to get green cards contact me.
